In the heart of the vibrant Florida arts scene, Gail Saintil has carved a path that intertwines faith, creativity, and community. Join us as we dive into the inspiring journey of our founder Gail Saintil, and how GodArts Week has become a love letter to Christian creatives in the sunshine state.

Gail Saintil: A Journey of Faith and Creativity

Born and raised in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, Gail's artistic roots run deep. From an early age, she displayed a natural affinity for the arts, influenced by her artistically gifted parents. However, her journey took an unexpected turn after high school when she faced severe depression and declined a full art scholarship to the Kansas City Art Institute. Seeking direction, Gail found solace and purpose in rediscovering her faith at the age of 21.

Determined to live out her newfound identity in Christ, Gail combined her passion for creativity with a calling to ministry. This led to the birth of GodArts—a platform aimed at encouraging the next generation of creatives to express their faith through artistic means. in 2017 her vision expanded with the creation of GodArts Week, a popup dedicated to uniting creatives across all disciplines to glorify God in all that they do.

GodArts Week: A Love Letter to Christian Creatives

Formerly known as Dreams and Visions: An Interactive Art Experience, GodArts Week 2023 is a one-day popup event taking place on December 02 at the Andre Design District. With a sprawling 1,000 sq ft of multi-disciplinary space, this event is a testament to Gail's vision of uniting creatives across all disciplines to glorify God and empower them to transform their churches, cities, and the world.
